Why would they want to use scythe anyway as thier own weapons are better for them can't 14 in scythe attribute.

I agree with you on the R/D's and W/D's, but A/D offered critical hit galore. Critical hits on Scythes are extremely powerful, and so are telespikes.

And Daggers aren't really good these days apart from 12345678 (Which is extremely easy to prevent a kill by, and Moebius Blossom.
In PvP, Scythesin is a superior choice, and again, the high crit chance makes it *quite* spikey.
I got 127 damage per hit on the Master of Damage with no attack skills as proof, but nothing beats immunity to blindbots, condition-based snares and conditions in general...

Either way, these skill changes weren't much.

Yeah didn't hurt my Derv. and they are better for AoE not just direct attacks.

IAS stands for 'Increase attack speed', a common one used by dervishes is [Heart Of Fury], although there are lots out there, both PvE only and from other professions.

It is especially useful with a scythe due to the high amount of time between attacks (1.75s by default).

Attacks with a set time can also be used to have the effect of an IAS, such as [Eremite's attack][Mystic Sweep][Protector's Strike]
